The Kapiti Safer Community Trust Team is a group of highly trained, friendly professionals. If you or your family or someone you know needs help or just someone to talk to about what options are open for help then we are the people to come and talk to.     

Any agency can refer a family to Strengthening Families.  Families/whanau can also self-refer.
